Dr. Renesh Bedre is an Bioinformatics Scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific. He received his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from Louisiana State University. His expertise lies in high-throughput genomics analysis, machine learning, and development of algorithms and analysis pipelines. His work primarily focuses on integrating of bioinformatics, statistical, and machine learning methods to extract meaningful insights from complex biological data. He is proficient in open-source bioinformatics tools, Python, R, and Nextflow.
